For over ten years, I’ve ardently championed the well-being of children between the ages of 4 and 14. As I transition into private practice, let me share a little about myself and my devotion to transforming young lives.
My Journey Thus Far
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Education and School Counseling, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges young minds face. My rich background spanning both education and counseling equips me with insights into the labyrinthine world of school systems, making me your ideal ally in advocating for your child’s needs.
Customized Care for Unique Personalities
Children are wonderfully unique, with ever-evolving needs. Recognizing this, I employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques – from play and art therapy to CBT and bibliotherapy. This adaptability ensures a personalized touch, meticulously tailored to resonate with your child’s distinct temperament and requirements.
Areas Close to My Heart
While I don’t label myself as a specialist, I’m particularly passionate about certain realms of counseling. I cherish the opportunity to assist children with sensory processing, champion the LGBTQIA community, guide middle schoolers through their unique phase, and address anxiety-related concerns. Creating an inclusive and equitable haven for all remains a cornerstone of my ethos.
Fostering Authenticity: A Gender-Affirming Commitment
Every child deserves to be celebrated for who they are. I stand firm in my commitment to offer a sanctuary where each child feels safe, understood, and free to unveil their authentic selves.
Let’s Collaborate
If you’re in search of a dedicated, adaptable, and seasoned counselor for your child, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can craft a nurturing path for your child’s holistic growth.
Your trust in me is a privilege, and I’m eager to partner with you on this transformative journey.
